Common Questions
How do Cache Tokens work?
Cache Tokens are used when you choose to analyze comments on a saved post. Saving and organizing posts does not use a Cache Token.
Why can't CacheIt analyze my link?
CacheIt currently supports certain public posts from Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Private, restricted, unavailable, or unsupported content may not be accessible for analysis.
I used a Cache Token but didn't get results. What should I do?
Some posts may not contain enough usable public comments to generate recommendations. If you believe something went wrong, contact us using the support form below.
Can I request another app?
Yes! Use the Request an App option inside CacheIt to tell us which platform you'd like us to support next.
