By downloading, accessing, or using CacheIt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use CacheIt.

CacheIt is provided by LuCa Bean LLC. These Terms apply to your use of the CacheIt mobile application and related services.

2. About CacheIt

​

CacheIt allows users to save links to supported third-party content and, when selected, analyze publicly available comments to identify and organize useful recurring information, such as recommendations, products, places, tips, answers, opinions, experiences, phrases, or common themes.

​

CacheIt currently supports certain content from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Supported platforms and features may change over time.

​

CacheIt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or their respective owners.

​

3. Cache Tokens and Purchases

​

CacheIt may offer consumable in-app purchases called Cache Tokens. Cache Tokens are used to perform comment analysis and other token-based features within the app. Each analysis may require Cache Tokens as indicated within the app.​

​

Cache Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s applicable payment and refund policies.

​

The number of Cache Tokens required for a feature may be displayed within the app before the feature is used. Available token packages, pricing, and features may change over time.

​

4. Analysis and Results

​

CacheIt uses automated technology, including artificial intelligence, to analyze available publicly accessible comments and identify and organize potentially useful information. Depending on the content being analyzed, results may include recommendations, products, places, tips, answers, opinions, experiences, phrases, common themes, or other information identified from the available comments.

Analysis results are generated from available comment data and may be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, outdated, or affected by the content and availability of third-party platforms. CacheIt does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, availability, or suitability of information identified through the service. Users should independently evaluate results before relying on them.

5. Third-Party Platforms and Content

​

CacheIt accesses or analyzes content associated with third-party platforms. CacheIt does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, features, or changes to their services.

Third-party platforms may restrict, modify, or discontinue access to content or functionality at any time. As a result, some CacheIt features may become temporarily or permanently unavailable for certain platforms or posts.

You are responsible for using CacheIt in accordance with applicable laws and the terms and policies of any third-party platforms you use.

6. Your Use of CacheIt

You agree not to use CacheIt to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the operation or security of the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to CacheIt or related systems, or use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

We may restrict or terminate access to CacheIt when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, LuCa Bean LLC, or others.

7. Intellectual Property

​

CacheIt, including its design, branding, software, features, graphics, and other original content, is owned by LuCa Bean LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, content, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Use of third-party names within CacheIt does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

8. Availability and Changes to the Service

​

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of CacheIt at any time. This may include adding or removing supported platforms, changing analysis features, or modifying Cache Token offerings.

We do not guarantee that CacheIt or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

​

CacheIt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuCa Bean LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, reliability, or results of CacheIt.

CacheIt’s analysis results are provided for informational and organizational purposes only and should not be treated as professional, financial, medical, legal, or other specialized advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuCa Bean LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of CacheIt, third-party content, analysis results, information identified through the service, or the inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.​
